            Besame cosmetics are still considered a pretty "new" brand of cosmetics on the market in comparison with other companies like Cover girl,  Revlon, Too Faced, etc....

            Besame cosmetics have a wide range of products such as powders, blushes, and the very popular vintage bullet style lipsticks!

            They also do collaborations with Disney. 

            So I wanted to see if Besame cosmetics were gluten free or not?

The way I contacted Besame was through the social media app Instagram in January 2020. 

They happen to be having a question and answer session on their Instagram stories for the "Besame Cake Mascara" they sell and so I decided to take it as an opportunity to ask them if they were Gluten free of not?

Below was the response I got!

They replied to my question so FAST and even more detailed ! Besame Cosmetics ARE gluten free and as an added bonus they are Paraben free, Mineral Oil free, and cruelty free!

Besame cosmetics always have some kind of fun interaction with their customers on Instagram (trivia, questions etc...) so make sure to ask them if you want to know more about products or to double check on if they are Gluten free or not!

Are E.L.F. Cosmetics Gluten Free? 

As a person who loves LOVES how non-expensive and VERY budget friendly E.L.F. Cosmetics are, I HAD to find out if they were Gluten Free! 

If you know E.L.F. Cosmetics, than you know how amazing quality makeup they have and how easy it is to get all kinds of products for your face without spending a lot of money!

I contacted E.L.F. Cosmetics on Deccember 16, 2019 through Twitter messenger and they replied with this:

They were VERY happy to tell me that E.L.F. Cosmetics ARE Gluten Free! BUT some of the products are not which are :

81911 – Wrinkle Refiner

21665 – Volumizing & Defining Mascara

81421 – Mascara Primer

81436 – Lash Extending Mascara

They also included that when it comes to makeup they can not grantee that it was not processed on the same machines (because majority of makeup brands share the same areas and factories to make makeup) BUT in the case of makeup it is not necessarily important for makeup to not be processed on the same machines and tables as actual food. 

Finally a brand that is well known and has multiple cosmetic products to use all over your face without the fear of gluten!

I was so happy that I wanted to double check and so I contacted them AGAIN on January 13, 2020, but this time I did it through a different social media outlet and it was on Instagram messenger. Yup, I slid into the DM's and they said:

and in this finding, it was pretty much the same reply as before.

Even though E.L.F. Cosmetics are gluten free I would still ask your doctor if that is a factor if they are processed on/in the same machines but does not include it inside the actual product.

Are Jeffree Star Cosmetics Gluten Free?

I ADORE Jeffree Star! Especially after those amazing Shane Dawson YouTube videos! And his cosmetics are so beautiful (I LOVE his highlighters and THE ALIEN✨PALETTE!!) who wouldn't want to try them out! So I was on a mission I was to find out if Jeffree Star Cosmetics are Gluten Free! 

I contacted Jeffree Star Cosmetics via the customer service email

(you can copy and paste this e-mail if you want to double check to make sure! Which I will always recommend!)

below is what I got as a response! And it was really fast too, I did not need to wait long! I e-mailed customer service in December 2019.

As you can see, sadly Jeffree Star Cosmetics do NOT confirm that they are gluten free, BUT they said to check the ingredients and maybe, just maybe a product or two could be!

Gluten Free Cosmetics Brands 2020! Finding Cosmetic Brands That Are Gluten Free ! 

Hi everyone! I am putting together a list of findings of Gluten Free Cosmetics Brands that those of us who suffer from gluten intolerance can use and enjoy!

I tried to google cosmetics brands that are "gluten free" but sadly they are either brands that we do not really know of and/or an old list of brands. 

 It is an on going mission for me and I hope to post everything I find when I get the replay back from them. I will be contacting many brands over various social media outlets and through e-mails.

 💥🇺🇸Grillin and Chillin on the porch this 4th of July with my Pioneer Woman BBQ Ribs sauce in Apple Brown Sugar! Super tasty and enough to make two big while pans of ribs! The only thing I would say is if you like salsa watch out because you will get the jars mixed up! I wish it came in a squirt bottle! The consistent is silky smooth like a good BBQ sauce should be! Not chunky and oh so sweet! I yeeeehaww just thinking about how delicious my ribs turned out!

Wet N Wilds Mega Last Matte Lip Color in 901 B “Think Pink”  Review and Swatches! 

This is a super true to color lipstick! It is hydrating but it is also a matte! To me this feels like a super matte lipstick more stiff on the lips, yet still creamy when applying it. It has no smell, and the color lasts like a stain after it wears off! Check out my swatches with and without flash below!

Clarins “Water Lip Stain” in the color 03 Red Water is a bright yet potent lip stain! A small drop on your lips will be enough to stain them for hours! The stain is not too intense and not too bright but enough to give your lips a just kissed. just flushed. just pinched. look to them. The texture i just like it says ...like water. This is a sample size and this is enough to last a month and more! It has a doe foot applicator and the best way to use it is to use it directly on to your lips! But watch out putting too much with this color because it can be a bit on the orange side then on the red. Over all it is great as a product but for the price of the whole full size I would probably skip it and buy regular Benetint from Benefit Cosmetics.
