Helen Thomas was a great female pioneer! As the first female White House corespondent we paved the way for other females to make their way through the White House to get the latest scoop, updates and breaking news. Born to Lebanese parents and raised in the United States she let nothing stand in her way as she worked her way to her life's passion as a reporter/journalist. We here at the Pink Frog salute Helen Thomas and thank her forher life's work to help females seethat achieving a goal with hard work can be done, even in a male driven career. May she rest in peace August 4, 1920 – July 20, 2013.
